Provides the student an opportunity to observe and participate in all aspects of construction management that are typically encountered in the construction workplace.

Refine communications skills with subordinates, peers and superiors. Implement, develop and/or refine skills in production, management, and personnel matters. Develop and refine problem-solving techniques. Apply the principles, knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to on-the-job practices and procedures in the construction industry real life situations.
