HDTT 2101 - Drive Train I

This course covers repairing, rebuilding, and diagnosing problems in transmissions and differentials. Students are taught how to remove, inspect, and replace gears, shafts, bearings, seals, and other components using the proper tools and procedures.

Describe transmission and differential operation. Demonstrate transmission and differential overhead procedures. Demonstrate professionalism and safe work place practices in a shop environment. Demonstrate troubleshooting associated with transmissions and differentials.
