HCEM 1262 - Preventative Maintenance

This course covers proper service intervals, the importance of maintenance records, the knowledge of all oil classifications, refill capacities, importance of contamination control and proper oil sampling.

Perform a machine inspection prior to service or machine repair. Demonstrate professionalism. Practice lock out tag out procedures. Properly dispose of fluids Demonstrate industry cleanliness standards. Perform a post work inspection after the machine service or repair is complete Demonstrate a proper oil sampling.
