Learning Outcomes Apply principles and practices of effective leadership. Explore how effective leaders develop others, help people through change, and maintain resilience through work-life balance. Identify practical steps to empower others and develop and high-performance workplace. Explore how social influence (leadership) is determined by the complex interaction of leader, follower, and situational factors. Recognize the role of personality in the leadership process, how to match the right person to the right job, and delegate effectively. Understand leader’s task is to determine direction, create a positive work culture and ensure results. Discover how to foster a high-performance workplace through personal example, goal setting, positive reinforcement, addressing deficiencies, benchmarking success, and performance improvement.
