WEBD 2690 - Web Page Construction II

Prerequisites WEBD 2685 

In this class students will become familiar with advanced web page design techniques. The emphasis will be on good design of both graphic elements and logical web page information flow. This advanced course will introduce students to a variety of webpage construction software packages and tools. Additionally, issues dealing with file transmission (audio, multimedia interaction) will be discussed.

Learning Outcomes
Create, evaluate and critique portfolio quality websites.

Create web pages using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Incorporate advanced page layout and interaction design concepts.

Explore and use templates and Bootstrap framework to produce websites.

Use web design process to create responsive web page structure and content applying the elements and principles of design.
