ACCT 1306 - Spreadsheets
3 Credits This course provides instruction in the concepts, procedures, and application of electronic spreadsheets for accounting application. Topics include managing multiple-sheet spreadsheets, creating and using charts and graphs, creating complex formulas,and creating and printing reports. Course will prepare students for the Microsoft Specialist Certification exam.
Learning Outcomes Perform operations by using formulas and functions along with other data analysis tools. Develop effective charts and graphs for visual data presentation. Create, format, and customize worksheets and workbooks. Customize page layout for printing. Create and manage data tables as well as pivot tables and charts. Manage and format data cells and ranges and summarize data visually.
