ASEP 2107 - Steering and Suspension

Topics covered in this course will include operation, service and diagnosis of General Motors vehicles chassis and steering systems. Alignment procedures and processes will be stressed.

Learning Outcomes
Describe the operation of steering and suspension systems used on General Motor’s vehicles.

Analyze alignment measurements and adjust the vehicle to General Motors specifications.

Safely disassemble steering and suspension components following General Motors Service Information.

Assemble steering and suspension components and evaluate correct vehicle operations.
