ASEP 2209 - Driveline and Four-Wheel Drive

Students will learn the operation, diagnosis and repair of General Motors front and rear axles, driveaxles, prop shafts and 4-wheel drive systems.

Learning Outcomes
Evaluate the operation of front and rear axles.

Analyze completed drive line and four-wheel drive repairs.

Explain the operation of differentials and transfer cases.

Utilize General Motors Service Information for repair procedures and specifications.

Develop strategies to effectively repair the customer complaint.
