This course is a comprehensive introduction to the estimating practices used in the construction industry. Prerequisite:

Learning Outcomes
Be able to use Sage Timberline Estimating Software for estimating various kinds of construction work

Know and be able to use various methods for conducting an estimate

Working knowledge of modern construction materials and methods

Understand and use various resources for estimating of construction cost components

Be able to define the various levels of estimating
