Explain supervisory and management skills needed in the construction codes and permitting industry.
Articulate construction codes, health, and safety knowledge.
Demonstrate skills needed to sit for applicable certified tests administered by the International Code Council.
Additional Information
A windows PC computer able to use the current Microsoft Office suite is required for all awards.
CMSV 1200 requires a Windows PC that is compatible with the most up-to-date requirements for both Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit. Current system requirements for this computer can be found on the Autodesk website.
