BMET 2300 - Biomedical Instrumentation II

Prerequisites BMET 1300 

Study of various advanced technologies used in the medical field. Areas of study will cover various test equipment, performing preventative maintenance and use of testing equipment for maintaining proper operation.

Learning Outcomes
Demonstrate various test equipment used to validate advanced biomedical instrumentation operation and safety.

Understand advanced biomedical instrumentation design and operation.

Practice using operator and service manuals to understand, test and repair various advanced biomedical instrumentation.
