MDAS 2960 - Medical Assisting Skills Refresher

Prerequisites HEAL 1101, MDAS 1702, MDAS 1271, MDAS 1150, MDAS 1211, MDAS 1132, MDAS 1125, MDAS 1232, HEAL 1502, MDAS 1223

This course is designed as a hands-on skill review of recently completed coursework and requires the student to be fairly independent. A lab schedule and list of skills necessary for the course will be developed by the student and the program director. This course is only intended for medical assisting students who have a gap between completing second semester skills-based courses (MDAS 1232, 1223, 1270) and practicum. This course is not meant for any student who has been out of second semester sills-based courses for longer than three months.
